Generosity and kind support has enabled Frame of Mind Films to complete the first two films in the Women of Tibet trilogy.  We are actively seeking additional funding to bring this, the third and final documentary to completion and our national television audience. 

THE STORY BEHIND THE FILM

Women of Tibet: The Sacred Marriage  was put on hold when we were asked to make our Emmy®-nominated film, The Great 14th. We had already completed extensive production and post-production on The Sacred Marriage, including 12 hours of interviews and extensive B-roll footage. We are now raising completion funds to finish Women of Tibet: The Sacred Marriage  and bring it to global audiences. Please consider making a gift to help us complete the film and help us restore rare archival footage from His Holiness the Dalai Lama's personal library—a unique window into Tibetan history. The two completed Women of Tibet  films remain enormously successful worldwide. With funding in place, we hope to premiere Women of Tibet: The Sacred Marriage  at a leading US film festival, as our previous Women of Tibet  films and The Great 14th  did.

The Sacred Marriage  explores the changes women and men experience on the quest to become fully realized human beings. It examines what it means to follow a spiritual path while re-examining traditional roles in a 21st-century world shaped by the demands of modern living.
